Building confidence, discipline, and resilience through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The SlapBump Confidence Project is a community-driven initiative that connects children with local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) gyms to support their personal development through structured training.
BJJ has proven benefits for confidence, emotional regulation, respect, and self-discipline. This project exists to make those benefits more accessible to children who may need them most, in a positive, voluntary, and supportive way.
This is not a disciplinary program.
This is not punishment.
This is about growth.
